Delete your ZYNCO account

This page explains how to request deletion of your ZYNCO account and the data associated with it.

1Delete from within the app

Open the ZYNCO app and sign in.

Go to your Profile, then tap the ⚙ Settings icon (top-right).

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

Confirm the request. Your account and associated data will be removed.

2Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your ZYNCO account and we'll process your deletion request:

Please include the phone number registered with your account so we can verify and locate it. Requests are handled within 7 working days.

3What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Retention: Basic transaction or safety records that we are required to keep by law may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion, after which they are permanently erased.
